At The Big Kindness Tree, we are committed to providing an authentic, inspiring Montessori Education for your child. We deliver the proven Montessori method along with phonics-based Language development. Our integrated and inclusive mixed-age and child-centric classrooms ensure children are equipped with life skills and academic skills needed to not just make them ready for mainstream school but ready for life as well.
Our classrooms are designed to be functional and aesthetically pleasing allowing children freedom of movement and choice. Children are allowed to choose meaningful and challenging work that captures their interest, leading to engagement, intrinsic motivation, sustained attention, and a sense of responsibility to oneself and others. This child-directed work is supported by the design and flow of the Montessori classroom, which is created to ignite each child’s curiosity and to provide the opportunity to work in calm, uncluttered spaces either individually or with peers.

Brunda Siddaramappa
Founder & DirectorBrunda Siddaramappa
Founder & DirectorBrunda is a Computer Engineer by education and worked in the IT industry for 15+ years. With a burning passion for all things Montessori and education for young children, Brunda made the career switch from Computers to Early Childhood Education in 2019.
She is a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator and is a trained Virtue Education teacher. Brunda loves being with children and has been a favourite among children ever since she was a college student, continuing till date. Like Dr. Montessori, Brunda believes that “the child is both a hope and a promise for mankind”, and strives to help guide children to their full potential.
Brunda loves reading books apart from travelling and exploring various cultures and cuisines.
Brunda strongly believes that we really owe it to our children ‘a world that is built with kindness’. In order to do that, we have to model kindness among ourselves and create a culture of kindness in our society. That was how ‘The Big Kindness Tree’ began!

Richa Saraf
Center HeadRicha Saraf
Center HeadRicha brings with her over 12 years of rich and diverse teaching experience across India and international markets.
She has done majors in Psychology and later pursued a professional Montessori Diploma from the AMI-certified Ratan Tata Institute. Richa began her Montessori teaching journey in Mumbai, where she served as a Montessori Directress.
Prior to returning to India, Richa spent several years teaching and training in Dubai, working with children from various cultural backgrounds. During her time overseas, she gained hands-on experience with the EYFS curriculum while working with GEMS Education and other reputed preschools.
A dedicated educator and a warm presence, Richa is also a proud mother who enjoys globe-trotting and is known for her kindness and compassionate nature.

A good school with teachers who truly care for the well being of the children. Head mistress and teachers are easily accessible to connect and discuss child’s progress and road blocks (if any). Amazing activities and celebrations planned to provide exposure to children ! I am overall satisfied with the teaching methods of the school !
They have the best library for pre-school kids. Having known Brunda ma’am for more than a year now, she is an amazing women driven by her passion for Montessori education.
We have enrolled my grand daughter to art and yoga sessions at The Big Kindness Tree. She loves to attend the sessions. The instructors and the organisers are accommodating and extremely friendly.

The space is well-designed, with plenty of natural light and filled with books and toys for every age. The staff is welcoming, warm and gentle with the children. Offering a wide variety of activities, one is at a loss to choose! As my kid has started with pre kg in another school where they do not have classes on Saturday, it was difficult for us to keep him engaged during our busy day on Saturdays. Weekend guided play has really helped my kid (and us) to spend some quality time doing the things my kid enjoys like drawing, colouring, playing games, reading, dress-up as his favourite Spider-Man superhero, etc. He always looks forward for these classes. We are happy that he spends this time without any screen time and enjoys this time with other kids and teachers.
