      Brunda Siddaramappa

      Founder & Director

      Brunda is a Computer Engineer by education and worked in the IT industry for 15+ years. With a burning passion for all things Montessori and education for young children, Brunda made the career switch from Computers to Early Childhood Education in 2019.

      She is a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator and is a trained Virtue Education teacher. Brunda loves being with children and has been a favourite among children ever since she was a college student, continuing till date. Like Dr. Montessori, Brunda believes that “the child is both a hope and a promise for mankind”, and strives to help guide children to their full potential.

      Brunda loves reading books apart from travelling and exploring various cultures and cuisines.

      Brunda strongly believes that we really owe it to our children ‘a world that is built with kindness’. In order to do that, we have to model kindness among ourselves and create a culture of kindness in our society. That was how ‘The Big Kindness Tree’ began!

      Snehal is from Belgaum, Karnataka. She is a commerce graduate specializing in Accounting and Finance. She has worked as Operations Coordinator at Indiahikes, India’s largest trekking organization and also served as HR assistant and manager in her previous job roles.

      She is young, energetic and hardworking. When taking on responsibilities, she places a high priority on the organization. She is always willing to get her hands dirty for a good cause. She believes in saving the environment and educating the younger generation about creating a better, cleaner world.
      Her hobbies include cooking, dancing, painting and listening to music.

      Lead Montessori Teacher

      Richa comes with more than 7 years of diversified teaching experience in India & overseas market.

      She has done Majors in Psychology and later pursued a professional Montessori Diploma course from an AMI certified – Ratan Tata Institute. Her most recent assignment was with Ubuntu school (in Mumbai) where she worked as a Montessori Directress.

      Before moving (back) to India, she has taught and trained in Dubai, to children coming from different parts of the world. During her international stint she has closely practiced EYFS curriculum with GEMS Global education and few other pre-schools.

      Richa is a mother, enjoys globe travelling, and is always seen around as someone who brings much warmth & compassion.

      Abha Tiwari has a Masters in Biotechnology from DAVV Indore. , she worked as a Lecturer in Christian Eminent college, Indore teaching Biochemistry for 1st year BSc students. She also got a Certificate in Clinical research from Tulane University, New Orleans USA.

      Being born to a family of dedicated and thoughtful educators, Abha had always aspired of becoming a teacher when she grow older. The most crucial factors of teaching that she imbibed from her parents are devotion, empathy, trust building and creating a sustainable relationship with a child. These are the pillars on which every child relies upon us and that leads to an impressive journey of learning.

      Abha has 4 years of experience working with Pre-primary children and she strongly believes that Pre-schoolers/young children are bundles of passion, pure love, positive vibes and innocence. In the process of learning, teachers get to learn a lot from children. This is what kindled her inspiration to work with them.

      For Abha, each and every part of teaching is research in itself. Research oriented teaching generates innovative ideas, enhances the vision of a child to a never-ending popping of countless ideas and clarity in mind. She is truly excited and grateful for her teaching journey teaching at The Big Kindness Tree.

      Montessori Teacher

      Vasantha Sriram (popularly known as Vasu ma’am) is trained in the Montessori method from the Indian Montessori Training Centre Malleshwaram, Bangalore. (2019). She has been teaching pre-schoolers for the last 3 years.

      In addition to being a Montessori teacher, Vasu is also pursuing a Diploma in Learning Disabilities from Azim Premji University, Bangalore.

      Vasu is proficient in American Sign Language which she studied at the Chandrashekar Institute of Speech and Hearing, Bangalore. She is also fluent in Japanese Language as she lived and grew up in Japan.

      Vasu enjoys working with young children and she is the happiest when she is around children. She looks forward to coming to work everyday to The Big Kindness Tree, which is like one big family with very supportive staff, cooperative parents and the most amazing children.
